Ipad in Toronto, Canada: Is there a mobile security software for the Canadian iPad in Toronto or Montreal?

I’m looking for online security (tablet security) for my iPad both while traveling and otherwise. I have also started to use my iPad for banking, so the extra security and internet speed is a necessity.
